Dale currently manages Conventions for National Association of Conservation Districts (NACD), National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC), National WIC Association (NWA), Lean Construction Institute (LCI) American Association of Community Colleges (AACC), National Grant Management Association (NGMA) and Industrial Distributor Co-Op (IDCO).
Dale has also worked with the International Gay and Lesbian Travel Association (IGLTA) National Communication Association, (NCA), the National Association of Variable Annuities (NAVA) American Anthropological Association (AAA), National Investment Center (NIC) and with corporate clients Bayer HealthCare, Stryker Spine, IDAnalytics, SAS and Starwood Hotels special events.
Prior to joining ConferenceDirect, Dale was with Travel Destinations Management Group, Inc., as Sales Manager for Meetings and Incentives. Prior to this promotion, she was a Senior Meeting Planner, handling new and prestige clients for the firm. In this role she worked with a variety of clients and meetings including Corporate, Pharmaceutical, Association, Educational, Sports and Incentives. Dale has managed meetings in 20 different countries, as well as most major American metropolitan cities.
Dale worked for Omni hotels a total of 11 years and was Director of Catering at the Omni Charlottesville Hotel and the Director of Catering and Convention Services at The Omni Severin in Indianapolis and the Omni Baltimore. Dale also worked for Wintergreen Resort, on the management team that oversaw operations of restaurants, ski facilities, golf as well as other resort amenities.
Dale graduated from Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA with a BA in American Studies.
